"Good ideas, but needed a bit of back and forth"
Umm, overall the creative direction was decent and some of the work did look really nice. It just took a little more explaining and back-and-forth than I was expecting to get everything where I wanted it.

I worked with Murdy Creative on my brand strategy, it was helpful. I had loads of ideas floating around but no clear direction, and they helped me make sense of it all without making it feel overcomplicated. They were easy to chat with, didn’t use a bunch of weird jargon, and the final plan actually felt useful and very me. I’d definitely work with them again.

"A bit confusing to navigate"
The site looked fine when I first opened it, but once I started actually trying to find stuff, it got a little frustrating. A few pages loaded slower than I expected, and there were times where I wasn’t totally sure what I was supposed to click next. I think it might be okay if you already know exactly where you’re going, but for browsing around, it could definitely be simpler

"They Came Through So Fast"
I wasn’t expecting much, but then, boom, they got back to me way faster than I thought. The whole process was easy, smooth, and kind of a relief. Super easy to work with from start to finish.

"Pretty sure they did a great job"

I tried Murdycreative.co and it was decent overall. I’m just not totally sure the price really matched what I ended up getting. Not bad aaat all, but it did feel kind of average for the money I spent.

"Super quick help"
I reached out to support expecting the usual back-and-forth, but they got back to me really fast and fixed the issue without making it complicated. it was super easy. Then suddenly I was like, wait, is customer service allowed to be this smooth? Anyway, really appreciated it.

I wanted to like this more, and in some ways I did, but they missed too many small details for me to fully be happy with it. It wasn’t terrible by any means, and some parts were done well, but I still expected a bit more care and attention overall.

"Nice designs, but the wait was frustrating"
